Our sales manager SUMI attended “SAKE AND DASHI TASTING EVENT” at AKARI Bistro.
Mr Anno from KYOTO KATSUOBUSHI CO.,LTD and sake masters ,from TSUKINOI SAKE BREWERY, INABA SHUZO and KAMOTSURU SAKE BREWERY gathered and they advise the best matching sake for all food served buffe style.
It was truly an honor to have this wonderful opportunity to share the collaboration of Japanese dashi and Japanese sake with our guests!!
